Cardio
I love/hate cardio. Adding it to my routine always makes the weight come off.
I’m also thinking about getting a planet fitness membership since they’re open 24/7. That way I can’t use it being late as an excuse not to exercise.
But until next paycheck I’ll use the gym at my apartment complex.
I’ve been focusing on distance, timing and heart rate rather than calories burned. I’m trying to make sure I challenge myself daily. I’m doing a minimum of 3.1 miles 5x a week for my cardio. I’m also using weight training & yoga/Pilates.
I’m also challenging myself by going over 5miles at least one day a week.
If you guys are interested I might post some of the videos that I’ve been using for yoga-which have been really helpful!
